By the way, we get weird messages - so take the fact that we provide 'rules of contact' with a funny and ironic grain of salt. This reflects the crazy online world we all live in today!

Please set your expectations with patience and kindness. We are two artists and therapists. We are human and we work long days, and we help real people with real and often complex needs - and our art creation rocks! We appreciate your support!

We manage this site ourselves. You get us directly. This is how we like it. We seek to build real connections. If you want fast service like a factory or Amazon - we ain't that baby, sorry.

So here are the 'rules' of contact:

1. Sorry, we are not online waiting for messages or inquiries. Get in line please. We treat every person with respect and kindness, and first come first serve. This rule applies for kings and queens too.

2. We can't respond to one liners that look like spam or bots. Please send questions and please be detailed, be real and human in your message and tell us how we can help you. Tell us about yourself - and what you liked about our site. Write a paragraph or two please - this will save us all so much time so we can respond with details back to you.

3. Depending on timezones we usually respond within 12-24 hours on business days. Our 'formal' office hours are Tues-Thurs 10-2 Sydney AU time (Mon/Fri are studio days).

4. Be aware that we are always engaged with clients. So we rarely answer the phone. Emails or text are best, phone message is next.

5. If we don't get back to you within 48 hours for whatever reason (usually outside our control) try again and give us a ring or contact us via Substack or Facebook or BlueSky.
