                      Are these original artworks or prints?
                    
                  We offer both original paintings and high-quality prints. Each product listing clearly indicates whether it's an original work or a museum-quality/archival print on paper or canvas. Original works are one-of-a-kind pieces, while our prints are professionally reproduced using archival materials.
                    
                    
                      What does "museum-quality" and "archival quality" mean?
                    
                  Museum-quality prints use acid-free, archival papers and fade-resistant inks that meet museum standards for longevity. These prints are designed to last decades without fading when properly displayed and cared for.
                    
                    
                      What art styles and subjects do you offer?
                    
                  Our contemporary collection includes Expressionist, Impressionist, Abstract Art, Landscapes, Figurative works, Floral pieces, Aboriginal Australian Art, Native American Art, and Spirituality & Mysticism themes.

                      Why are there different price collections (Entry, Mid-Range, Signature)?
                    
                  Our collections are organized by size, complexity, and whether they're originals or prints. The Entry/Initiatory Collection features smaller works and prints, Mid-Range includes larger pieces, the Legacy Collection features works of deep cultural and spiritual value, and the Signature Collection contains masterpieces and significant original works.
                    
                    
                      Do you offer payment plans for higher-priced artworks?
                    
                  No sorry. All sales are arranged as a one-off payment up front.
                    
                    
                      Can I commission a custom piece?

                      Do you offer gift items?

                      How do you ship artwork safely?
                    
                  All artwork is professionally packaged with protective materials. Original paintings are shipped with extra care including corner protectors, bubble wrap, and sturdy packaging to ensure safe arrival.
                    
                    
                      Do you ship internationally?
                    
                  Yes, we ship worldwide from Australia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
                    
                    
                      How long does shipping take?

                      Can I track my order?
                    
                  Yes, you'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Authentication & Certificates
                    
                    
                      Do original artworks come with certificates of authenticity?
                    
                  Yes, all original artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity. We also include Certificates of Custodial Provenance and Certificates of Narrative Significance.                       Are the artworks signed by the artists?
                    
                  Yes original paintings are signed by the artist, and print reproductions show the original signature from the original painting.
Sculptures are typically marked by the studio and/or initialed by the artist on the bottom of the piece if applicable.
                    
                    
                      How do I verify the authenticity of my artwork?
                    
                  Each Certificate includes unique identifiers that can be verified through our authentication system. Contact us if you need assistance with verification.
                    
                    
                      What is Custodial Provenance and Narrative Significance?
                    
                  We offer two additional certificates beyond authenticity.
Custodial Provenance verifies the ownership history and any other relevant information upon time of sale.
Narrative Significance details the story of the work and if relevant, additional information about meaning, culture, scholarly or exhibition contributions.
Care & Maintenance
                    
                    
                      How should I care for my artwork?
                    
                  Keep artwork away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. For original paintings, avoid touching the painted surface.
                    
                    
                      Can prints be framed?
                    
                  Yes, our prints are designed to be framed. That said, we do not sell them framed to ensure their safe delivery to you. We recommend using UV-protective glass and acid-free matting for best preservation.
                    
                    
                      Can paintings be framed?
                    
                  Yes! Many people prefer framing their original paintings.
We do not sell framed works generally as frame style and cost are highly personal choices. As artists we prefer not framing generally as we love the tradition of fine art studio style presentation.

                      What if my artwork gets damaged?
                    
                  If your artwork arrives damaged take photographs of the artwork and packaging damage and contact us immediately. Send us the photos and description. For information on damage during shipping see the Shipping and Refund and Returns Policy.
If your artwork becomes damaged after purchase, please feel free to contact us. We'll work with you to explore solutions for repair or restoration options.

                      What is your return policy?

                      Can I see the artwork before purchasing?
                    
                  While we don't have a physical gallery for viewing, we provide detailed photos and descriptions. For high-value pieces, we're happy to provide additional images or video upon request.
                    
                    
                      What if the artwork doesn't match my expectations?
                    
                  We want you to love your artwork. Please be aware that under Australian law we cannot refund based on your changing your mind or not liking the artwork as much after purchase. Remember all sales are final and you must be sure you want to buy when you make your purchase. Be aware it is completely normal to have different reactions to an artwork when you have the artwork in your hands - give things time. You will grow to love the work and so trust your first decision.
If you are still really not satisfied, please contact us to discuss your options within 48 hours of arrival of the work. In most cases we cannot recommend returns due to the expenses, additional risks and insurance costs that are your responsibility.
