Oz FineArt: Website Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Oz FineArt, a business that features the works of Australian artists, including a co-founder who is also an Australian-Canadian. We are both lifelong practitioners of art and are established, emerging artists.

During 2025, Oz FineArt is pleased to include a limited number of paintings released for sale from exclusive private collections that include Legacy Series works associated with major international exhibition and published research, books, doctoral, and post-doctoral research projects. As our art practice continues and evolves, new series will be added.

By accessing or using the Oz FineArt website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the Oz FineArt website, including artworks, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Oz FineArt and the featured artists. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

The purchase of an artwork from Oz FineArt grants you ownership of the physical artwork but does not transfer any intellectual property rights. The artist retains all copyright in the work.

3. Products and Services

Oz FineArt offers unique, original artworks for sale. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors and details you see on your screen will perfectly match the physical artwork. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Purchases and Payments

When you make a purchase through our Service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. All sales are final, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for the shipment of your purchased artwork. All shipping and transit times are estimates, and Oz FineArt is not responsible for delays outside of our control. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from the Service passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges is outlined in a separate Returns and Refunds Policy document, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Prohibited Use
